Selection Process

In the company ySystem, spol. s r. o. we value every job applicant and we are willing to answer any questions on the job, and consider every resume that gets to us. It does not matter whether the sender is a student, graduate or professional with extensive experience. We do treat every job applicant and candidate fairly, openly and helpfully, trying to make the selection process for each applicant an interesting experience that will enrich both parties.

The selection process starts with analysis and sorting of incoming CVs. Candidates who meet the necessary requirements are invited to the first round of interviews. All successful applicants are then informed whether they have gone through this initial selection.

Number of job interviews, its form and content of the selection interview depends on the type of the position. Generally, the selection process:

• is two, maximum three-rounded,
• at all stages of the process we send written answer with both positive and negative responses,
• is not flexible, so it is not possible to complete all rounds in one working day,
• follows a predetermined structure, which finds the candidate before the interview or at the beginning of it.

Only if the candidate passes the entire selection process an offer by the company comes to question.
